Terms and Conditions for The Rep Room Ltd Membership and App
Effective Date: 01/06/2020

Welcome to The Rep Room Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our membership system, services, and mobile application (the "App"). By signing up for a membership, using our App, or accessing our gym services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services or App.

1. Membership Registration
1.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to become a member of The Rep Room Ltd or have consent from a legal guardian if under 18. By registering, you confirm that you meet the age requirements.

1.2 Membership Plans
We offer various membership plans. Details of the membership tiers, benefits, and pricing are available on our website and/or App. The terms of your selected membership are specific to the plan you choose, we have no contract policy but must give 30 days notice to cancel.

1.3 Account Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering for a membership and using our services. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date.

1.4 Membership Card & App Access
Upon registering, you will be issued a membership card or access to our mobile app. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree not to share or transfer your account.

2. Use of the App
2.1 Access and Availability
The Rep Room Ltd app allows members to book classes, track workouts, view schedules, and access other features. We strive to ensure the app is available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and may experience downtime due to maintenance or technical issues.

2.2 App Updates
We may update or modify the App from time to time, and you agree to download and install any such updates to continue using the app effectively.

2.3 User Responsibilities
You agree to use the App in a manner consistent with applicable laws and our policies. You will not misuse the App, including, but not limited to, attempting to access restricted areas, uploading harmful files, or infringing on the intellectual property rights of others.

2.4 Data Collection and Privacy
Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and sharing of your personal data.

3. Gym Services and Rules
3.1 Access to Facilities
Your membership provides access to the gym and its facilities as per your membership plan. Access may be subject to opening hours, class schedules, and availability of equipment.

3.2 Gym Rules and Conduct
You agree to abide by all gym rules, policies, and codes of conduct. This includes maintaining cleanliness, respecting other members, and following safety protocols. Failure to comply with gym rules may result in suspension or termination of membership.

3.3 Personal Training & Classes
We offer personal training services and group fitness classes. Booking for these services may be done through the App or directly at the gym. Any cancellations of classes or sessions must be in accordance with our cancellation policy.

4. Payments and Fees
4.1 Membership Fees
Membership fees are due on a monthly/annual basis, depending on your selected plan. Payment is due on the agreed payment date, and you are responsible for keeping your payment information up to date.

4.2 Late Payments
If payment is not received on the due date, we may suspend access to your membership and services until payment is made.

4.3 Refund Policy
Refunds are provided in accordance with our cancellation policy. Membership fees are non-refundable after a certain period unless otherwise required by law.

4.4 Third-Party Payments
If you use a third-party payment processor or service to pay for your membership, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of that service. We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party payment services.

5. Cancellation and Termination
5.1 Membership Cancellation
You may cancel your membership in accordance with our cancellation policy, which is available on our website or upon request. Notice of cancellation must be given in writing or through the App.

5.2 Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership without refund if you breach these Terms, fail to adhere to gym rules, or engage in any illegal or harmful activity.

5.3 Notice of Cancellation
To cancel, members must provide at least 28 days' notice, as outlined in our cancellation policy.

6. Health and Safety
6.1 Medical Advice
Before using our facilities or engaging in any physical activities, you should consult a healthcare professional, especially if you have any pre-existing medical conditions. By using our services, you represent that you are in good health and able to participate in physical activities.

6.2 Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that physical activity carries inherent risks, and by participating in any activity or using our facilities, you do so at your own risk.

7. Liability and Indemnity
7.1 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Rep Room Ltd is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising out of your use of our services, facilities, or App. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Rep Room Ltd, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the services.

7.2 Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government regulations.

8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Ownership
All content, logos, trademarks, and materials related to The Rep Room Ltd and the App are the intellectual property of The Rep Room Ltd. You agree not to use or reproduce any materials without our explicit consent.

9. Amendments
9.1 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you through the App, email, or posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Governing Law
